Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the requirements-gathering, platform selection, and vendor management for the company's first intranet.
- Define the information architecture, site structure, and navigation to ensure scalability.
- Partner with IT to manage technical implementation, integrations, and access controls.
- Collaborate with the People team to migrate and structure employee resources, policies, and onboarding materials.
- Develop and execute a phased launch plan to drive strong internal adoption.
- Serve as the permanent channel owner, managing content governance, site analytics, and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in internal communications, digital workplace, or employee experience.
- Proven track record of leading an intranet build or relaunch from selection to go-live.
- Hands-on experience with digital workplace platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with HR and IT teams on technical and content-heavy projects.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or Seattle.
