What you will do

• Lead the requirements-gathering, platform selection, and vendor management for the company's first intranet.
• Define the information architecture, site structure, and navigation to ensure scalability.
• Partner with IT to manage technical implementation, integrations, and access controls.
• Collaborate with the People team to migrate and structure employee resources, policies, and onboarding materials.
• Develop and execute a phased launch plan to drive strong internal adoption.
• Serve as the permanent channel owner, managing content governance, site analytics, and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in internal communications, digital workplace, or employee experience.
• Proven track record of leading an intranet build or relaunch from selection to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with digital workplace platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with HR and IT teams on technical and content-heavy projects.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or Seattle.
