What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models using machine learning and statistical approaches.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into scalable data science solutions.
• Validate data sources and recommend improvements to ensure high data quality.
• Communicate insights and model results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of analytics tools and best practices within Cat Digital.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of business statistics, statistical tools, and decision-making processes.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Working knowledge of Python for solving business challenges.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis for software development projects.
• Degree in Applied Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, including an understanding of its strengths and responsible use.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub.
• Experience operating in an Agile environment.
