Salary: $103,480 – $135,456 per year.

What you will do
- Conduct complex actuarial analyses on healthcare costs, including industry trend forecasting and TCOC impact calculations.
- Own and maintain savings and ROI methodologies for product lines, creating parameter estimates for change.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on medical/Rx claims data and eligibility structures.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for specific clients or products.
- Drive report automation and dashboarding projects using tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Write clean, efficient code and participate in team peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in healthcare economics, actuarial science, or quantitative financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding high-cost Zone D markets).
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with raw data, including medical/Rx claims and eligibility data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical analyses.
Nice to have
- Completion of at least 1 actuarial exam in pursuit of the ASA or equivalent designation.
- Competency or proficiency with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
