What you will do

  • Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and department-level planning.
  • Maintain and optimize bottoms-up operational and financial forecast models.
  • Prepare monthly financial performance packages and variance analysis for executive leadership.
  • Build financial models to evaluate market entry, partnership structures, and capital deployment.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to analyze unit economics across markets and patient segments.
  • Contribute to board and investor materials by shaping the financial narrative.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical output into plain-language conclusions for non-finance audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly in value-based care or risk-bearing entities.
