Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo. Hybrid setup: requires attending the office at least 1 day per week.
Salary: $98,300 – $133,100

What you will do
- Lead the design and governance of commercial pricing policies, including negotiated deals, promotions, and incentives.
- Define pricing guardrails and approval workflows to align sales execution with company revenue goals.
- Partner with RevOps to optimize deal desk processes and tooling for scalable negotiated pricing.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership, Finance, and Product to align on pricing strategy and promotional calendars.
- Build and maintain pricing playbooks, deal desk guidelines, and self-serve decision frameworks.
- Analyze discount effectiveness, win/loss performance, and revenue leakage to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or deal desk in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Proven track record of partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to launch and scale pricing programs.
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to use data and analytics to inform pricing decisions.
- Experience defining pricing KPIs and reporting to inform leadership decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
