What you will do

• Lead technical execution of US compute sites, overseeing power, cooling, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Conduct early-stage site evaluations and assess technical feasibility of prospective spaces and colo halls.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle from hardware selection to physical installation and commissioning.
• Act as the primary technical presence on-site, coordinating directly with contractors and internal teams.
• Execute end-to-end technical fitouts, including equipment rigging, rack installation, and high-density hardware deployment.
• Install, validate, and maintain direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops and surrounding critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering DC fitouts or critical facility builds in colo or hyperscale environments.
• Deep technical ownership of mission-critical power infrastructure, including HV/LV distribution, UPS, and backup generation.
• Expertise in cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, CDUs) with hands-on liquid cooling experience.
• Experience with high-density compute, HPC hardware, and GPU rack architectures.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of physical infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based anywhere in the US.
