What you will do

• Develop and implement technical operational processes and standards across the local data center portfolio.
• Review and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures to ensure stability and safety.
• Manage technical library content to ensure global accessibility and relevance for all teams.
• Audit PPM systems and statutory files to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Execute operational and performance risk assessments based on commissioning documentation.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems while collaborating with the Operations Team to maintain policies.

Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes in a data center environment.
• Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and data center compliance standards.
• Familiarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and site drawings.
• Proven track record of executing operational and performance risk assessments.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to meet export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments.
• Advanced certifications in Data Center Management or relevant engineering disciplines.
