What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners regarding service needs and issues.
- Handle brokerage inquiries across account services, trading, transfers, funding, and operations.
- Process operational requests including order entry, account maintenance, and fund distributions.
- Collaborate with internal trading, engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues.
- Provide basic technical support for API usage, platform navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Support ad hoc operational projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the securities industry.
- FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment start date.
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations.
- Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
