What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end finance transformation solutions, including centres of excellence and global processes.
• Define and evolve service management strategies in partnership with third-party outsource providers.
• Lead service governance forums and reviews to ensure accountability and continuous performance optimization.
• Manage major incidents and problem management processes, conducting root cause analysis.
• Mentor Service Management Leads and Analysts to promote a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with delivery and business teams to ensure services meet operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes, specifically within finance or insurance.
• Proven track record in implementing best practice global processes.
• Significant leadership experience in outsourcing service management within large, complex organisations.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
