TL;DR

Head of Service Delivery (Insurance): Managing end-to-end IT Service Delivery for a Lloyd’s of London insurer with an accent on ITIL framework and stakeholder management. Focus on leading Service Desk, Application Support, and driving continual service improvement across international jurisdictions.

Location: Hybrid (Central London, 3 days per week)

Salary: Β£650–£800 per day

What you will do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end IT Service Delivery across the organization.
  • Lead and manage the Service Desk, Business Support, and Application Support functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive continual service improvement (CSI) and operational excellence.
  • Oversee all Change, Release, and Deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Must have Lloyd’s of London experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
  • Extensive experience leading IT Service Delivery within an ITIL environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing technical support teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
