What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s engagement strategy with transport authorities across network planning, service performance, franchising, procurement, decarbonisation, accessibility, and passenger outcomes.
• Act as the authority subject matter expert throughout pre-sales, leading discovery, solution design, value articulation, and business case development.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across transport authorities, government bodies, and regional transport agencies.
• Lead technical data discovery with prospective authority clients, assessing data sources, quality, integration requirements, and readiness.
• Partner with Product to ensure authority requirements, market trends, and regulatory developments inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Identify emerging opportunities across EMEA and support thought leadership, conferences, and strategic customer events to drive new business acquisition and pipeline conversion.

Requirements

• Significant experience working with or for transport authorities, public sector transport organisations, or related consultancy environments.
• Strong understanding of public transport planning, network design, service performance management, and authority decision-making processes.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within transport authorities, government agencies, or regional transport bodies.
• Strong understanding of public transport policy, procurement, franchising, funding, and data environments.
• Ability to translate complex transport challenges into strategic, customer-facing solutions and develop business cases.
• Willingness to travel.
