What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise storage solutions across multiple geographic data centers.
• Architect and operate large-scale SAN and NAS storage environments for critical enterprise and media workloads.
• Manage storage systems including Pure Storage, NetApp, and Dell/EMC Isilon; plan capacity growth, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain replication, snapshot, and backup strategies, and design disaster recovery solutions across data centers.
• Support SAN fabrics and storage networking; integrate storage platforms with compute, virtualization, and container environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot complex storage and data access problems, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise storage engineering or storage infrastructure roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with enterprise storage platforms: Pure Storage, NetApp, and Dell/EMC Isilon.
• Strong experience managing both SAN and NAS storage architectures.
• Strong understanding of storage networking technologies and SAN fabrics.
• Experience with storage replication, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for enterprise storage systems.
