What you will do

• Manage capacity, performance, and high availability of enterprise storage infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and lead the resolution of outages and service issues.
• Design and maintain storage and backup automation using scripting and orchestration tools.
• Architect and operate Rubrik backup platforms for on-prem and cloud workloads.
• Analyze system performance data to proactively identify and resolve configuration bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust storage solutions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing NetApp storage platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience managing PURE storage platforms.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure 24/7/365 environment with strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration.
• Experience with VMware administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
