What you will do

• Lead the operational planning and delivery of accredited undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Oversee admissions and recruitment strategies to ensure competitive student intake and retention.
• Manage the accreditation process to ensure programs meet national standards.
• Provide academic advising and support to students, including crisis management and conflict resolution.
• Supervise and mentor a team of academic support staff.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in a university student management environment.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a cohesive team.

• Ability to work onsite at the hirify.global Vancouver campus.
