What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual training sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to specific client skill levels.
• Provide specialized helpdesk support for CNC and Optimizer issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up requirements.
• Collaborate with product development and QC teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows as needed.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Extensive hands-on experience with Mozaik software.
• Strong virtual presentation and communication skills.
