Salary: $50 per hour + commission

What you will do

• Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, and personal accountability.
• Guide clients through crisis, confusion, and emotionally charged situations using proven frameworks.
• Track client progress across complex journeys, identifying resistance patterns and breakthrough moments.
• Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency or emotional setbacks.
• Contribute insights to continuously improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, separation, or reconciliation.
• Ability to handle clients in high emotional distress, balancing empathy with firmness and maintaining authority.
• Strong verbal communication skills to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way.
• Confidence in facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics.
• Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications or qualifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW.
