What you will do

• Create, coordinate, and document BC/DR testing exercises, including tabletop walkthroughs and full-scale simulations.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to gather recovery requirements and map business dependencies.
• Conduct thorough impact analyses and risk assessments to determine recovery priorities.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless continuity planning.
• Design and maintain resilience strategies for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises IT environments.

Requirements

• Extensive background in building and sustaining BC/DR programs aligned with enterprise risk management.
• Hands-on experience with Business Impact Analyses and formulating recovery strategies.
• In-depth understanding of crisis management, incident response, and organizational resilience frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud and hybrid recovery solutions including AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and technical teams.
