What you will do

• Monitor global geopolitical, security, and environmental developments impacting employees, assets, and business operations.
• Identify and communicate emerging risks through structured intelligence reporting and OSINT research.
• Produce security briefings, risk assessments, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders and management.
• Manage travel risk activities, including tracking global developments and providing country risk assessments and travel advisories.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security, IT, and operational teams to assess the impact of global developments on company operations.
• Support crisis management and business continuity by providing situational awareness and decision-support products during incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, International Relations, Political Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in security intelligence, risk analysis, corporate security, or military intelligence.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical developments, security threats, and global risk management principles.
• Experience in monitoring and interpreting complex information using OSINT methodologies.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Gilching, Germany.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Previous experience within defense, military, intelligence services, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with intelligence platforms and situational awareness systems.
