What you will do

  • Lead the development of omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals for consumer and provider segments.
  • Translate customer journey insights into relevant and effective engagement strategies.
  • Use data and performance metrics to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Simplify complex performance trends into clear narratives for stakeholders.
  • Partner with channel leaders to ensure integrated and connected marketing experiences.
  • Coach and support team members in building stronger omnichannel capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, influence, and execution.
  • Proven experience in omnichannel strategy across multiple platforms and audience journeys.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare or medical device marketing.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to lead and influence across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Nice to have

  • Prior agency-side, consulting, or in-house agency experience.
  • Interest in emerging healthcare technologies and digital marketing trends.
