Director, Engagement Strategy

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $150,000–$206,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of seven Engagement Strategy Managers, developing data-driven consulting and account strategy skills.
• Own annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives while turning successful account approaches into scalable marketing frameworks.
• Establish operational governance, standardized tools, templates, and AI-enabled processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Translate funnel metrics and performance data into customer-facing insights and targeted turnaround plans for underperforming accounts.
• Create and maintain marketing playbooks organized by industry, customer tenure, segment, and product configuration.
• Analyze program performance and connect communication initiatives to business impact, utilization, and customer health outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or relationship-driven corporate marketing.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience developing corporate marketing strategies with measurable user outcomes in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to translate complex data and metrics into strategic insights for executives and client benefits leaders.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, cross-functional initiatives, tight timelines, and account escalations.
• Healthcare, employee benefits, digital health, or fast-growing technology experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, and/or Confluence.
• Background in healthcare or employee benefits and a passion for mental health.
