What you will do

• Perform scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery system products (2-120KVA).
• Provide on-site and phone assistance to retail, financial, and municipal customers in the "Edge" market segment.
• Implement Field Change Notices and adhere to Safety Bulletins and company safety guidelines.
• Manage administrative tasks including time cards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve complex procedural or technical issues.

Requirements

• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience or 2-4 years of military experience in a related technical field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to pass a drug test, pre-employment background check, and motor vehicle records check.
