Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python/React)

Location: Remote contract role for candidates in Argentina, Peru, Bogotá, Santiago, or México.

What you will do

• Modernize legacy enterprise data systems by optimizing schemas, refactoring database logic, and converting it into Python scripts and modern reporting structures.
• Design, develop, and optimize APIs and backend business logic with Python and Node.js.
• Build and enhance high-performing user interfaces and data dashboards with ReactJS and Material-UI.
• Write, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex T-SQL and SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Deploy and support applications using Kubernetes and CI/CD platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on code quality, documentation, testing, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise-grade full-stack environments.
• Full verbal and written fluency in English and excellent communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Production-level development experience with Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise, including complex query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and handling CI/CD platform infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Technical experience with Sybase databases.
• Professional experience with Java.
• Experience with large-scale data migration, report engine modernization, or legacy database restructuring.
