Fullstack Developer

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications from frontend UI through backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Build RESTful APIs, gRPC/Thrift integrations, microservices, and distributed systems for business-critical workflows.
• Participate in architecture, technical design, and code reviews while advancing coding standards, automated testing, security, observability, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with product managers, architects, and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on, production-grade full-stack experience.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks, and reusable UI components.
• Backend experience with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js, including REST, gRPC, Thrift, and Koa integrations.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, and RDS, plus non-relational databases including MongoDB, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on AWS experience with ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and similar services.
• Experience with Docker, CircleCI-based CI/CD, Terraform, modern DevOps practices, and unit, integration, and UI testing using Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience across distributed, cross-time-zone teams, with strong ownership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence; familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
