Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET / React)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Mexico. Rotating on-call duty approximately every five weeks, mostly during U.S. business hours.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain features in a .NET/C# application supporting an Electronic Health Record platform for oncology practices.
• Maintain legacy ASPX Web Forms components and support their gradual migration to React.
• Handle Jira-based tickets independently and collaborate with a generalist team on end-to-end frontend and backend solutions.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries and support performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Use the AWS Console to troubleshoot errors, review logs, and verify service statuses; occasionally make small Python updates or bug fixes.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule; optional maintenance of a React Native iOS application may be available.

Requirements

• Strong experience in .NET/C# development.
• Familiarity with ASPX Web Forms or willingness to learn quickly.
• Professional production experience with React.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git for version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for basic scripting and small updates.
• Ability to navigate the AWS Console for basic debugging and log review.
• Familiarity with React Native and Apple App Store deployments.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
• Openness to working with and improving legacy codebases.
• Willingness to gradually contribute to modernization initiatives.
