Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, React)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
• Implement well-tested, maintainable features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
• Analyze and implement technical solutions, resolve bugs, and meet business requirements.
• Contribute to architecture, API design, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, estimation, prioritization, and planning.

Requirements

• Extensive professional expertise in Python or Node.js and proven experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with background job processing, including queues, retries, idempotent jobs, and handling workers that fail mid-task.
• Knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience contributing to architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration.
• At least one project using LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming; a side project is acceptable, but a simple chat interface over an API is insufficient.
• At least one product built from scratch and maintained in production for one year or more.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal, Inngest, or another durable execution tool.
• OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, or other tools for storing large volumes of logs and traces.
• Experience building MCP servers or clients.
• LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Claude Agent SDK.
• Protection against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution.
