What you will do

  • Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger analysis, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for multiple clients in a timely manner.
  • Manage cash management functions and assist with accruals.
  • Review fixed asset ledgers to ensure proper capitalization and depreciation.
  • Calculate and record straight-line rent based on client preferences.
  • Collaborate with property management teams and assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in St. Louis, Missouri.
  • College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Less than one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with accounting or database software packages.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate.
