What you will do

• Complete month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track and analyze deferred revenue streams.
• Provide financial support and customer service to business units.
• Assist with maintaining accurate financial forecasts.
• Prepare audit requests and respond to queries during reviews.
• Lead or assist with ad hoc projects impacting organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS reporting, project accounting, or software revenue recognition.
• Background in public accounting or large corporate environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP BPC, or Blackline.
• Experience with AI tools.
