Salary: $50,000–$55,000 CAD annually + 6% target incentives

What you will do

• Manage assigned vendor accounts end-to-end, including reconciliations and aged item resolution.
• Troubleshoot EDI rejections, invoice holds, and system data-flow issues.
• Process invoices in SAP ensuring compliance with tax requirements and internal controls.
• Support month-end close, revenue recognition, and external audit requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve handoffs and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to automation, AI, and reporting initiatives to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable or finance operations experience.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Working knowledge of procurement, approval hierarchies, and fraud prevention controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-based invoice processing or RPA.
