TL;DR

Focus on driving answer-quality improvements through experimentation and partnering with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice and workflow automation.

Location: Remote

Salary: $160K–$200K base pay (equity/stock options may be included)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout.
  • Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
  • Act as a technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, setting AI best practices and platform standards.
  • Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates via rigorous experimentation.
  • Work with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar in a fast-paced startup.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs.
  • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
  • Comfort with technical discussions around API design and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to use data to validate hypotheses.
