What you will do

• Prepare, cut, and demount flexographic plates.
• Perform detailed quality inspections on plates to ensure production standards.
• Clean, store, and organize Twinlock sleeves and plates.
• Handle data entry related to plate production and inventory.
• Execute autonomous maintenance activities, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Collaborate with World Class Manufacturing teams to analyze and improve processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing machine operation preferred.
• Basic machine maintenance and machine systems handling skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) on a rotating weekly schedule.
