What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians to ensure equipment reliability.
• Schedule and execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance and capital projects.
• Implement and monitor maintenance metrics to increase site efficiency.
• Coordinate capital plans and build business cases for prioritization.
• Manage vendor and contractor selection, compliance, and budget administration.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and six sigma tools for troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Reinbeck, Iowa.
• VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Relevant industrial maintenance experience or experience leading large-scale capital projects.
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency with PowerBI.
• LEAN/SMED or Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with PLC Programming.
