What you will do

• Map and evaluate end-to-end People processes to identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability.
• Optimize HRIS (HiBob) by improving workflows, fields, and automation to ensure process-driven data management.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring high data integrity and confidentiality.
• Own data accuracy across systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness in partnership with Finance and Analytics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve friction points in the employee journey.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable, end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools, specifically HiBob or similar systems.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country populations, specifically US and Europe.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured system improvements.
• Must be based in the US (ET Timezone).
