Salary: £45,000 per year pro rata

What you will do

• Conduct a deep-dive audit and cleanup of HRIS data structures to maximize system efficiency.
• Identify and automate the top 10 most manual tasks in the People lifecycle using tools like Zapier and Workato.
• Deploy custom AI assistants and GPTs to handle internal queries and analyze sentiment.
• Engineer integrations between ATS, HRIS, LMS, and Payroll to eliminate data silos.
• Mentor the People team on automation and new tools to ensure long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Deep experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Practical experience building custom AI agents or utilizing LLMs for operational problems.
• Advanced data visualization skills in Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Looker Studio.
• Must be based in the UK to access office hubs.
• Strong project management skills focused on MVP delivery and rapid cycles.
