People Systems & AI Specialist (HRIS/Automation): Modernizing the HR tech stack and automating admin-heavy workflows with an accent on HRIS optimization and AI integration. Location: Hybrid; must be based in the UK and able to visit office hubs in Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea
Salary: £45,000 per year pro rata

What you will do
- Conduct a deep-dive audit and cleanup of HRIS data structures to maximize system efficiency.
- Identify and automate the top 10 most manual tasks in the People lifecycle using tools like Zapier and Workato.
- Deploy custom AI assistants and GPTs to handle internal queries and analyze sentiment.
- Engineer integrations between ATS, HRIS, LMS, and Payroll to eliminate data silos.
- Mentor the People team on automation and new tools to ensure long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Deep experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, BambooHR, or Workday.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Practical experience building custom AI agents or utilizing LLMs for operational problems.
- Advanced data visualization skills in Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Looker Studio.
- Must be based in the UK to access office hubs.
- Strong project management skills focused on MVP delivery and rapid cycles.
