What you will do
- Design and implement the strategic framework for retention and value delivery for top-tier strategic accounts.
- Establish a formalized Account Health review framework to align Commercial and Operations organizations.
- Act as the executive face of , cultivating deep relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs).
- Oversee contract pricing strategies, renewal pipelines, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for critical account health issues, translating data into strategic wins.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics management with Enterprise-level accounts.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience building and scaling commercial teams.
- Demonstrated experience building cross-functional operational governance models.
- Exceptional executive presence with polished negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical acumen to translate complex supply chain data into strategic decisions.
- Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL or Rogers, AR
Nice to have
- Experience designing solutions for bundled logistics services (Managed Transportation, Dedicated, Brokerage, TMS).
- Deep familiarity with advanced Salesforce CRM strategies and data visualization tools.
