What you will do
- Define the overarching event and ABM strategy and build repeatable, scalable playbooks for VIP dinners, roadshows, and trade show activations.
- Design and execute executive engagement programs and curated offline experiences to accelerate complex B2B deals.
- Create integrated campaigns combining digital ABM efforts (ads, personalized landing pages) with field activations to drive target account attendance.
- Collaborate with Sales and GTM Ops to prioritize Target Account Lists (TALs) and orchestrate personalized outreach across buying committees.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track account penetration, pipeline velocity, and ROI of field and ABM investments.
- Provide sales enablement through account insights, messaging, and collateral for post-event cadences.
Requirements
- Proven track record in executing both Account-Based Marketing campaigns and curated Field Marketing events.
- Ability to build strategies from scratch and create operational playbooks with clear KPIs.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and alignment between marketing output and sales needs.
- Experience working in fast-growth startup environments.
- Strong capacity for data synthesis and campaign architecture across multiple digital and offline channels.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario

- Previous experience using specialized ABM and event platforms.
