What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers focused on enterprise applications for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Hire and develop top engineering talent while fostering a culture of high performance.
• Enforce strong software engineering principles, including architecture, testing, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional leaders to define technical roadmaps.
• Drive an AI-first mindset in the design of workflows, automation, and decision-support systems.
• Own complex technical initiatives from concept through to production, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping scalable software.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in one or more modern languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, streaming platforms, and data pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with observability stacks such as Grafana (LGTM), DataDog, or Splunk.
