What you will do

• Own the implementation of new IRL features from initial concept through to launch.
• Define and prioritize business and user needs to create clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers to scope technical solutions and navigate tradeoffs for fast shipping.
• Design experiments and define success metrics to validate ideas with users.
• Develop strategic cases for the roadmap using product data, research, and user testing.
• Coordinate with other product teams to integrate IRL features across the hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience at a consumer tech company shipping products with broad appeal.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and writing SQL.
• First-principles thinking and a bias for action.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Austin, TX (Hybrid).
• Technical background (CS, STEM degree, or comparable experience) is preferred.
