What you will do
- Engage with users daily via email, live chat, Slack, and Zoom.
- Troubleshoot bugs and draft detailed reports for the engineering team.
- Develop and refine technical documentation for user self-help.
- Investigate codebase, logs, and test environments to resolve complex issues.
- Educate users on performance optimization and development workflows.
- Advocate for critical customer concerns internally.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical and customer-facing roles.
- English level: C1+ required for effective written and virtual communication.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development.
- Experience supporting SQL or NoSQL database management systems.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn platform technologies like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience working in TypeScript.
- In-depth knowledge of no-code tools and platforms.
- Ability to fix minor bugs in the codebase using React.
