What you will do

• Fill in for teachers on leave due to vacation, illness, or personal matters.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning experience for children.
• Lead a variety of activities, including educational games, arts & crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Collaborate with onsite program directors and teaching teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate child progress and daily updates to families.
• Complete the hirify.global onboarding and training process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare, teaching, or working with children ages 0-5.
• Ability to pass a state background check and complete a TB test/physical.
• High school diploma/GED, CDA credential, EDU 119, ECE degree, or 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about early childhood development.
