Salary: $6,438.50 - $9,255.58 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Develop and produce course, assignment, and examination materials for real estate programs.
• Oversee the student academic experience, managing issues and providing content expertise as an academic advisor.
• Liaise with instructors, consultants, and external organizations to ensure program quality and regulatory integrity.
• Coordinate between production specialists, SMEs, and IT teams to create learning assets using various LMS technologies.
• Participate in curriculum reviews, program planning, and needs assessments to identify curricular requirements.
• Manage the workflow of internal and external authors, editors, tutors, and graders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (Real Estate, Urban Land Economics, or Finance preferred).
• Minimum of four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry in Canada and internationally.
• Understanding of instructional design and professional adult learning techniques.
• Ability to travel within and outside Canada.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with various learning management systems (LMS).
