What you will do

• Develop and execute design-to-cost program strategies to support global implementation objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain external implementation enablement programs in collaboration with Global Enablement and Professional Services teams.
• Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for implementation developers, including training and logistics.
• Analyze implementation performance data and learner feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Partner Management to drive the evolution of partner experience and advocate for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical implementations within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Province of Ontario or Province of Quebec (Canada).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions as a consultant or in-house developer.
• Experience in Instructional Design and Development.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and partner portal platforms.
