Compensation: $170,000 – $210,000 Base + Equity

What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Strategic Partnerships).
• Define business questions and hypotheses to ensure analyses drive meaningful strategic decisions.
• Build reports, define metrics, and design experiments to move key business KPIs.
• Collaborate with counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations to drive outcomes.
• Surface actionable insights and deliver persuasive recommendations to leadership level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.
