What you will do

• Plan and deliver monthly outdoor recreation meetups for local military families.
• Coordinate activities and partnerships with local national park sites.
• Track attendance and report outcomes using provided planning documents.
• Create and share social media content, including photographs and stories, to highlight activities.
• Distribute promotional materials through community networks and bulletin boards.
• Develop and steward relationships with local parks and outdoor organizations.

Requirements

• Proven success in outdoor recreation and event coordination.
• Experience in logistics and project management for event execution.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and Zoom.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with military families and key stakeholders.
• Must reside within 25 miles of Seattle, Washington.
