What you will do

• Coordinate event details and manage day-of logistics as the primary on-site representative.
• Execute setup, alignment with on-site teams, teardown, and site cleaning.
• Lead problem-solving for real-time issues such as missing supplies, technology challenges, or staffing gaps.
• Manage the guest check-in process and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Align roles and responsibilities between corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, and venues.
• Pack and ship materials back to the distribution center after event completion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Washington, DC (no relocation provided).
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience executing complex, large-scale corporate events and intimate executive-level events.
• Availability to work on a flexible, contract per-event basis, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proven resourcefulness and ability to maintain grace under pressure in ambiguous situations.
