What you will do

• Lead partnership activations, private events, and community programming from kickoff through execution and wrap-up.
• Manage project timelines, workbacks, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics with internal operations, production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Rockefeller Center, maintaining relationships with internal teams and tenants.
• Develop and manage partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Identify new programming opportunities and experiences to enhance the event calendar.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in event management, experiential production, partnerships, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of New York City's cultural, hospitality, and experiential events landscape.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from concept to execution.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY (On-site).
