What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of event materials and site areas.
• Manage guest check-in processes and provide a welcoming environment.
• Facilitate group dynamics and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Communicate consistently with the central Events Team via updates, photos, and videos.
• Handle physical tasks including packing, loading, and shipping event supplies.

Requirements

• Must be based in North Wales, PA.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale and intimate executive events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve under pressure in fast-paced environments.
