What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage the full event lifecycle on the ground, including setup, check-in, and breakdown.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.
• Handle logistics such as packing, cleaning, and shipping event materials.
• Resolve operational issues like technology challenges or staffing gaps in real-time.

Requirements

• Must be based in Springfield, MA
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in executing complex, large-scale and executive-level events.
• Ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with large crowds.
