What you will do

• Own senior-level client and agency partner relationships beyond day-to-day operations.
• Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities with existing accounts.
• Manage risk and oversee financial health, targets, and objectives for each account.
• Lead the development and coordination of integrated marketing plans.
• Provide thought leadership to introduce new services and offerings to clients.

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of experience in agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting P&L targets through existing and expansion business.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for cross-functional project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
• Must be based in New York, NY and available for required travel.
