What you will do

• Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, and editing for social media, digital channels, and internal communications.
• Act as an on-camera presenter, delivering content with confidence and professional polish.
• Write engaging scripts, captions, and short-form editorial copy to support video content.
• Partner with senior executives and stakeholders to translate communication goals into compelling visual narratives.
• Apply platform-native thinking to content delivery by staying current with social media trends.
• Develop and optimize AI-driven workflows for script drafting, ideation, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in end-to-end professional video production (planning, filming, editing).
• Strong presentation skills and confidence when appearing on camera.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with and supporting senior leadership and executive teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
