TL;DR

Content Creator (Healthcare): Producing engaging multimedia content to simplify complex financial concepts in the U.S. healthcare system with an accent on storytelling, video production, and audience engagement. Focus on creating bite-sized documentaries and social media assets that educate the market and build the brand.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Diego, CA (Hybrid role)

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a Series C price transparency platform building infrastructure for a more open and efficient healthcare marketplace.

What you will do

  • Translate dense healthcare concepts into human, simple, and engaging multimedia assets.
  • Own end-to-end production including planning, shooting, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Edit content for clarity, pace, and platform-specific engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to uncover compelling stories across the company.
  • Pitch and experiment with new creative formats and AI-assisted production workflows.
  • Manage multiple production projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to relocate to San Diego, CA.
  • Proven ability to distill complex topics into legible, engaging narratives.
  • Technical proficiency in video production, audio capture, and editing.
  • Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Ability to work on-site for collaboration with the CEO and marketing team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in sketch comedy, improv, or education.
